Under her leadership, Truly You has grown into one of North Florida’s most comprehensive medical spas, offering advanced aesthetics, wellness, laser treatments, plastic surgery partnerships, and luxury spa services.

She is passionate about mentoring medical professionals and building a team that provides ethical, safe, and highly personalized patient care. As a longtime member of the Lake City community, Tosca believes deeply in supporting local families, businesses, churches, and charitable organizations.

She is a wife, mother, grandmother, entrepreneur, and woman of faith who understands that beauty is personal and confidence is powerful. Her goal is simple: to help every patient feel healthy, confident, and completely like themselves.

Sean Moore is a master injector, trainer, and board-certified critical care registered nurse with more than 20 years of clinical experience. His extensive background in high-acuity nursing gives him a strong understanding of anatomy, patient safety, and precise clinical technique. Sean is known for creating natural, balanced results that enhance a patient’s features without making them look overdone.

As an experienced aesthetic trainer, he is passionate about teaching other medical professionals safe injection practices, sound clinical judgment, and advanced techniques. Patients appreciate his calm demeanor, honest recommendations, and meticulous attention to detail. Sean approaches every treatment with the same standard of care he has maintained throughout his nursing career: safety first, integrity always, and results that make sense for the individual patient.

Dr. Monica Craig, DNP, FNP-BC, is an experienced family nurse practitioner, primary care provider, and aesthetic nurse injector with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare. She combines advanced clinical knowledge with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to help individuals feel healthier, more confident, and well cared for.

Her background in primary care allows her to evaluate each patient as a whole rather than focusing only on a single concern. In aesthetic medicine, Dr. Craig is committed to providing safe, personalized treatments that enhance natural features and deliver refreshed, balanced results without appearing overdone.

Known for her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail, Dr. Craig takes the time to listen, educate, and develop treatment plans based on each patient’s individual needs and goals.

Nikki Blake, APRN, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who loves helping patients feel confident in their own skin. At Truly You, she combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural-looking results that enhance each patient's unique features.

Her favorite treatments are facial balancing with dermal fillers and neuromodulators because she enjoys creating subtle changes that make a big difference in confidence. Nikki is passionate about continuing education and loves learning new techniques to give her patients the best possible care.

When she's not in the office, you'll usually find her traveling, riding reining horses, or spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dogs. She believes the best aesthetic treatments help you look refreshed, feel confident, and still look like you.

Colby Yoder is an experienced cosmetologist, esthetician, and hairstylist with more than 10 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. She is passionate about helping every client feel confident, cared for, and beautiful through personalized hair and skincare services.

Known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to her clients, Colby creates a welcoming experience while delivering results tailored to each individual’s needs. Her faith is an important part of who she is and influences the kindness, integrity, and compassion she brings to her work each day.

Outside of the salon and spa, Colby is a devoted wife, loving mother, and woman of faith who serves on the worship team, values family, service, and meaningful relationships.

Martha serves Truly You Med Spa as a hairstylist, Tosca’s personal assistant, and travel receptionist. Whether she’s behind the chair, helping coordinate behind the scenes, or welcoming guests, her heart is to make every person feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for.

As a hairstylist, Martha’s favorite service is creating beautiful lived-in color that enhances each client’s natural beauty while keeping their hair healthy and effortlessly wearable. She believes that every appointment is more than just a hair service it’s an opportunity to create a peaceful, safe space where clients can relax, feel heard, and leave feeling refreshed inside and out.

Her faith is the foundation of everything she does. She strives to reflect God’s love through kindness, compassion, and serving others with excellence. Hi I am Kami! I’m an esthetician, travel coordinator, and social media manager at Truly You Med Spa! I love helping people feel confident in their skin and making every visit a great experience. My favorite treatment to perform is microneedling because I love seeing the transformation it can make. I struggled with acne for years, so I know firsthand how frustrating skin concerns can be. That’s a big part of why I became an esthetician I wanted to help others feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. Whether I’m in the treatment room, helping with our travel events, or creating content for social media, I truly enjoy connecting with our clients. My goal is to make everyone who comes in feel welcomed, relaxed, and excited about their skincare journey. When I’m not at the spa, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, traveling somewhere new, or out on the water whenever I get the chance. I love what I do, and I can’t wait to help you reach your skincare goals!

Meet Savanna and Carly

Savanna Moody and Carly Caines are the friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through the doors at Truly You Med Spa! As our receptionists, we are often the first point of contact for our clients and are dedicated to making every visit feel welcoming, comfortable, and personalized from start to finish.

Savanna has been a part of the Truly You team for 3 years, while Carly has been with us for 1½ years. Together, we are the greeters, the voices behind the phone calls, the appointment coordinators, and the people working behind the scenes to make sure every client feels taken care of and satisfied throughout their experience.

One of our favorite parts of working at Truly You is getting to know all of our clients and being part of their self-care journey. We love creating a warm and inviting environment where everyone feels comfortable from the moment they walk in.

Outside of work, both Savanna and Carly enjoy spending quality time with their friends and family. We both love keeping up with the latest fashion trends and staying current on all things style and beauty. We both enjoy bringing our personalities and interests into our everyday lives while continuing to grow and make Truly You feel like a place our clients love coming back to.

Hi, I’m Callie! I’m a Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector at Truly You Med Spa. I offer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited too neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, carboxytherapy, and weightloss. My goal is to provide natural-looking results while helping every patient feel comfortable, confident, and well educated throughout their aesthetic journey.

My favorite treatment to perform is neurotoxin because it’s amazing how a quick treatment can create refreshed, natural-looking results while still letting you look like yourself. I also love carboxytherapy because it’s such a versatile treatment that can improve skin quality, rejuvenate, and complement so many other aesthetic procedures. I love continuing my education and staying up to date on the latest aesthetic techniques and treatments so I can provide safe, personalized care. I enjoy creating treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual goals because I believe aesthetics should enhance your natural beauty, not change who you are.

One of my favorite parts of my job is building relationships with patients and helping them feel more confident in their own skin. When I’m not at Truly You, I work as a Nurse Practitioner in the ICU. Outside of work, I love to travel, explore new places, and spend time with family and friends. I’m also a proud pet mom to a boxer and a cat who definitely keep life entertaining! Between my two careers, life stays busy, but I genuinely love helping people feel their best, inside and out.
